Hi there,
I'm looking for someone to share an apartment with.
I rent this apartment with a friend and basically looking for a 3rd person who will be living with us in a separate bedroom for 4 months.
This is a charming 3-bedroom apartment in the heart of Stockholm. The apartment is located on the 5th floor on Odengatan st. in Vasastan. The apartment has a big living room with the kitchen, 3 bedrooms, bathroom, sauna, 18 sqm terrace, and balcony with view on Vasaparken.
I'm 27 years old architect, work in an international company, and spend a lot of time in the office. The weekend I spend at home or in the city riding my bike. Also, I'm trying to travel every month. My friend is 29 and he's working in a construction company.
You have to be a really nice and friendly young person who is working or studying. As a tenant, you'll get your own bedroom and will be sharing all the common areas with us. No parties, no pets, no smoking in the apartment.
I speak English but my roommate speaks only Swedish. We're looking for someone who can speak both Swedish and English fluently, so it's comfortable for all of us.
